How failure nearly broke me, but built me

Failure is inevitable it is something that you can't avoid no matter how hard you try, for me failure is an opportunity, it is a chance to reevaluate and come back stronger with better reasoning. Failure is not fatal no matter how hard it may be know that failure simply means you get another shot to try it all again.

But we as human being can't handle pain we always want life to be good and not bad but that's not the way things are, life can't be always smooth there are good and bad times. But most of the times when failure occurs we get frustrated, depressed and most times we quit we even make decisions out of anger which we always regret later. The fear of failure manifest most times due to social expectation, the society often places high expectations on individuals, whether its in academics, careers, relationships or other areas. Failing to meet these expectations can lead to feelings of shame, embarrassment or judgement from others. With this I would like to share my experience.

When l was about to enter my 2nd year in school l had a serious illness due to that l was under treatment for a very long period of times this made me to skip classes, tests and practicals l didn't even have anybody to help me with my school work, but eventually l recovered when we were about to write exams. I managed to write all my papers even though l didn't do well in some, the results came out l had three carryovers which made my GP very low l cried, called myself a failure that l already failed my parents l gave up on myself packed all my things that l'm not going to school again l'm dropping out. But immediately l was done packing my things ready to leave, l motivated myself immediately l've scale through half of this journey alone, going home won't solve the problem but rather l should own up to my failure and do better. I unpacked my things and started preparing for the new semester l read really hard attended tutorials in preparation for the exam, l wrote the second semester examination, when the results came out l was among the top three with the highest CGPA in my class l was really shocked in disbelief it felt like a miracle to me. I really thank God for seeing me through, assuming l gave up when l failed l would have been a drop out by now.

I really love paintings alot, it has always been part of me since when l was a child l always use paintings to illustrate how l feel, and what's going on around me. One thing l would really love to try in the Hive Blockchain is Paintings but l haven't try it yet because l'm really scared that people won't like my paintings but l hope someday l overcome my fears.

One advice l would like to give to everybody is that dont give up after one failure or even a hundred failures. Remember, each failure is a lesson learned and each lesson brings you one step closer to success.
