Oh what a good idea to use pumpkin in place of eggs! When I was vegan I sometimes used soy flour to replace eggs, or applesauce, but I never tried pumpkin.

In here pumpkin is not for replacing egg but just for basic dough ingredients.
I use coconut cream or oil for replace egg in the cake ingredients:)
