I guess healthier babies doesn't feed enough money into the health system

Maybe that's possible.
But I'm sure they want to grow up a generation of children carrying a lot of diseases that make them lose their lives easier and at best live disabled that affects parents to stop having children because their fear when seeing a disabled child...
