Greetings!

When it comes to food Lugaw is the cheapest food ever in my country. You can cook lugaw with rice, water, and salt. I first tasted Lugaw when I was very young when life was very hard back in the 1980s.

Over the years Lugaw has evolved from the cheapest food into many versions with so many toppings to choose from. The version of Lugaw that I am going to cook for today is using cereal instead of rice.

By the way, Lugaw is our local term for "Rice Porridge", Lugaw is the food of the masses because it was very cheap to cook. The twist on this recipe is the use of cereal instead of rice.

I've got some "left-over pork intestine adobo" and I added it as toppings. You can also boiled eggs as toppings.

That is all for now guys, see you next time. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.
