Mie Aceh (noodles Aceh) is a traditional Aceh food that is very popular in Indonesia and Malaysia. Aceh noodles are also made with typical spices from Aceh, so they are very difficult to mix in other regions.
This time I cooked it in a unique way, namely using a special product to cook rice but I was experimenting with using this product to make/cook Aceh noodles.
This is the manufacturing process along with the recipe
Spices used and also thinly sliced:
- Beansprout
- Cabbage
- Celery
- Cauliflower
- Lettuce
- Red onion
- Tomato
The manufacturing process: Pour two tablespoons of palm oil. And Put all the vegetables that have been sliced.
If the vegetables are not all there, you can just use what is there. After all the vegetables are put in, wait for 30 seconds, then add two glasses of water.
After that we have to add the special spices that have been finely ground. This spice consists of spices that are easily available in Indonesia, such as red chilies, turmeric, garlic, and many others.
When the special spices have been added, wait for the water to boil and then add the noodles. afterwards add a little salt and soy sauce. Aceh noodles are ready to be served.
