In the second week of October 2023, we ran a Foodie Contest: SANDWICHES, with 4 valid entries, all excellent, that we have decided to award, with 500 $foodies tokens each. Also each of the four participants receives 0.10 HP courtesy of witness @sagarkothari88.

For this contest, @aurodivys made use of her childhood memories, when she visited her grandmother's house and had dinner with her and her siblings, some delicious ham and yellow cheese sandwiches, that her beloved grandmother prepared for them. In her post, she takes us back to those happy moments of her childhood, when her grandmother spoiled them with those delicious sandwiches. And to meet the demands of the contest, she decided to incorporate other ingredients that her family likes into the filling, such as avocado, olives, bacon, chicken, creating a great and epic sandwich.

For this contest @marlyncabrera made an EXTRAORDINARY post and sandwich. In her post, she gives us a brief and fun summary of the history of the sandwich. She also takes us on a journey through her childhood memories, when her mother made her favorite Torondoy butter and fresh cheese sandwich, a memory that she treasures in her soul and heart, and to which she turns when she is sad to do what she calls "food therapy."
As for the recipe that she presents, it is, as we already said, extraordinary, since she masterfully combines several ingredients (according to the requirements of the contest), such as a wonderful cabbage salad, cucumbers with yogurt, grilled eggplants , meat with sesame seeds, red onions, etc., creating a LEGENDARY sandwich.
Due to the quality of her participation, we have decided to give her a special prize of 20 additional $leo tokens.

Movie sandwiches | Easy recipe for the whole family [Eng-Esp]

People's childhoods always leave us with indelible memories, and a memory from @chacald.dcymt's childhood is what motivated her to create a movie sandwich. In her beautiful post, she tells us about the weekends when she was a child, when her mother would spoil her at home, renting DVD movies and making special sandwiches for her and her sisters. This motivated her to make a super sandwich recipe, in which she combines delicious fillings, such as different vegetables, mozzarella cheese and delicious lentil croquettes.

That being said, let's see in more detail what this contest consists of
- Only one post per participant will be accepted.
The recipes to share will only be for ICE CREAM. You must prepare a ice cream, made with a minimum of 7 ingredients. Sugar or sweeteners DO NOT COUNT as ingredients.
- The publication must contain an introduction where the recipe is discussed, for example, how you came up with it, on what occasions or for what reason it is prepared, where it is original. Likewise, the participant will explain how he learned to make it and why he or she has chosen it to participate in the contest and what emotions or memories he has when preparing it.
- You must clearly express why you have chosen that recipe.
NO PLAGIARISM WILL BE ACCEPTED, NEITHER TEXT OR PHOTOS. NO OLD CONTENT, NO REPOST.
The list of ingredients must be clearly expressed, in understandable measures in any part of the planet. Likewise, they must indicate how much product will be obtained, either in portions or in any other measure.
The recipe must be accompanied by a minimum of ten (10) photographs, and in at least five (5) of them, the participant must be preparing the preparation. At the end of the post, the final product must be already plated or served. You can post more photos if you wish. Referential photos will NOT be accepted, even if they are free of copyright.
Avoid photographs that focus only on the contents of the container, pot or bowl. You are not asking for a panoramic view of your kitchen, but at least an area of the prep environment, showing part of the backsplash, countertop, stove, walls. Do not be afraid if your kitchen is old, or is very modest. The opening of the plane of the photograph is important, as it allows the reader a more complete and understandable appreciation of the recipe.
Take care of writing and spelling.
Explanations must be clear and understandable.
It is NOT necessary to include the title of this post within the title of the participating post, so you are FREE to put the title you want to your posts.

It is INDISPENSABLE TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE, to share in the comment area of this post, the link of the participating post. If the entry is not here, it will not enter the contest.
This contest will be valid from the moment of its publication, UNTIL THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2023, at 23:59 UTC.
