Have you ever mixed tempeh and Indomie? Yes, I often do, because tempeh mixed into Indomie is my husband's favorite dish. He really likes it. Even when he buys Indomie outside, he's willing to bring tempeh from home to add to his Indomie, because usually Indomie stores don't have tempeh, hehe, that's just how he is.

Meanwhile, I prefer Indomie with just vegetables and eggs, but that's okay, this time I'll give in. I'll cook Indomie with tempeh and eggs especially for my husband. I can just have the egg part later.

Because besides tempeh, I also added eggs to the Indomie so that the Indomie would be even more delicious when enjoyed, and so that my husband would also eat it with gusto. My husband rarely eats Indomie except when he feels like it like today, he only eats it once in a while.

It's different for me, I can eat instant noodles every day hehe, but to maintain my health I don't eat them too often, because eating instant noodles too often is also not healthy for the body.

OK, I cut the tempeh that I put into the instant noodles into small pieces and didn't fry it first, because the original recipe is like this.

Okay, if anyone likes this recipe for Indomie mixed with tempeh, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

RESULTS

and this is the result, look at the egg I put on top of the noodles, why didn't I stir the egg earlier, I wanted the egg texture not to break, I prefer to eat instant noodles with the egg texture still intact like this, the taste is so delicious it can't be described, especially when you bite into the egg yolk which is still intact like this

and it turns out that after I tasted a little tempeh mixed into Indomie, it was really delicious, and you have to try it, don't hesitate to add tempeh to your instant noodle menu if eaten with rice, it's very suitable with tempeh and eggs too, but eating it like this is also better, no need to add more carbohydrates from rice, this is the habit of Indonesians eating Indomie with rice, right?

Delicious and creative! I’ve never tried mixing tempeh and indomie before, but your story makes it sound like the perfect combo with eggs and a bit of chili.
