I think cooking is an art. Since I am born as a girl, after marriage I have to go to other's house and cook for all the family. And this art I mastered from my mother before marriage. And most importantly we have to cook for daily meals. So try to spend life through delicious food. Moreover, maintaining the nutritional value of food is the most important aspect of cooking. So before cooking, you have to think about how the quality of the food will be right. Besides, friends, I have already told you that I love to cook. And most importantly I love to cook for my family
So late at night I think about what can be kept as a delicacy for today's meal. I want to gift delicious food to my family members. Also my son was saying he would eat the farm's roast chicken today. Mother's mind is always eager to fulfill the son's earnest and demands. So my mind is not less than that. So I thought to cook chicken for lunch today.Although I cooked the farm chicken differently today. So I thought I would share this recipe with you. But today I fried the farm chicken on high heat and cooked it well. Because farm chicken contains chromium which is harmful to human body. But the toxicity of this chromium is lost if it is fried with heat of 2900 degrees Celsius and boiled more. So today I tried cooking at that temperature. So see how I cook farm chicken
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of farm chicken meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons of ginger paste
- 3 tablespoons of garlic paste
- 3 tbsp cumin paste
- 2 teaspoons dry chili powder
- Salt and turmeric to taste
- 3 black cardamoms
- 4 white cardamoms
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 3 long, pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- Soybean oil in cooking quantity
Cooking method
First, after buying farm chicken from the market, I cut the meat to size and washed it with clean water.Marinated with salt and turmeric powder and left to rest for five minutes
I have fried the meats with oil in a fry pan at 2900 centigrade
Now put 1 cup of chopped onion in a curry cooking pan with oil and add bay leaves
When the onions are fried a little brown, I add the garlic batter
Then I gave ginger paste
Then I gave cumin paste
I gave dry chili powder
I gave the garam masala a little bit
Stir all the ingredients together
After mixing all the ingredients together, add two cups of water to soak the meat
Since I had already fried the meat at 2900 degree centigrade, by then I was almost half cooked. Cooking again for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes of cooking all in all my meat was almost perfectly cooked
