How are you,Saying good morning to everyone on a very beautiful day.So today I bring you another very interesting recipe.This is make from eggs.This is called "Egg 65". So, let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

• Three well-boiled eggs
• A little water
• Three tablespooons of wheat flour

• Crushed ginger
• Crushed garlic
• A teaspoon of chilli powder
• Half teaspoon of curry powder
• A teaspoon of pepper
• A teaspoon of salt powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
• Chopped half b onion
• Half an onion cut into squares
• Curry leaves
• Chopped curry leaves
• Chopped green chillies
• About 4 dried chilli pods
• Three teaspoons of tomato sauce
• 100ml of oil

The method of making;

Separate the egg yolks from the boiled eggs.Take only the egg whites and finely chop into small pieces.

Add chopped curry leaves, green chillies and chopped big onion.

Now add turmeric powder, salt powder, pepper powder, chilli powder and cumin powder.

Mix well.

Add a little water and wheat flour.

Now mix everything well and make small balls.

Put a pan on the stove, add oil to it and fry the balls made here.

Put a tablespoon of the remaining oil in the pan. Add crushed ginger and garlic.

Add curry leaves and mix.

Then add three teaspoons of tomato sauce.

Add dried chilli pods.

Add again little bit of pepper.

Now add the balls fried in oil.

Finally add the onion cut into squares, mix well and remove from the stove.

Egg 65 is a very tasty dish.I also made this for the first time.A very popular dish in India.I think it's a very tasty meal that can be entertained even by a guest coming to a house.Can be served even for a special occasion.
