Zimski kolac je jedan najlepsi praznicki slatkis koj se brzo i jednostavno spremi.

Winter cake is one of the most beautiful holiday sweets that is quick and easy to prepare.

Kolac se spremi u poseban kalup koj se zove kuglof sacu da vam pokazem kako to izgleda.

The cake is stored in a special mold called a kuglof sacu to show you what it looks like.

Kalup se prvo maze sve lepo u krug sa mast ili margarin i posuti sa brasno isto tako lepo u krug visak brasna istresiti iz kalupa kalup se maze da se masa ne zalepi.

Suvo voce iseckamo na sitne komasice.

Muti se jaja sa secerom u gustu masu zatim doda se brasno prasak za pecivo margarim pa se jos malo muti pa se doda sitno iseckano suvo voce.

Spremnu masu stavimo u kalup i lepo izravnati

Kuglof stavimo da se pece na 180 stepeni 45 minuta.

Put the kuglof to bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Kuglof kad je ispecen okrene naopako da bi dobijo njegov sjajan oblik i ljepotu.

When baked, Kuglof turns it upside down to get its shiny shape and beauty.

Sa prah secer cokoladu ili po vasem izbotu.
