Beef And Lettuce Roll ( Ecotrain Contest)

Welcome to my blog. I wish you all good health and happiness.
The topic of my post today is raw food - and that's also my entry in the @ecotrain cooking contest. I saw my friends participating in this contest and so I decided to make beef and herb rolls for my family. Pho is one of the most yummy dishes in the world, vietnamese people are always proud of this dish. The famous dishes with ingredients including pho are: chicken noodle soup, beef noodle soup, mixed pho, fried pho, .. and the most outstanding dish is Rolled pho beef with herbs.

Fresh ingredients are wrapped in pho noodles and enjoyed with the traditional dipping sauce- fish sauce.

This dish is very delicious and has many good health benefits, it is extremely suitable for you if you want to lose weight, beautiful skin and bright eyes. This dish is quite popular in Vietnam, it appears in restaurants, snack shops or in every family. This dish has many different versions, but the common point of this dish contains ingredients such as lettuce, carrot, cucumber, some herbs. In this recipe, I've added beef for a richer and sweeter taste alongside fresh veggies. If you are a vegetarian, just use whatever vegetables you like. If you are like me - love a nutritious meal, you can replace beef with pork, fish, chicken, veal, etc.

First we need these ingredients - my ingredients are not required.
Beef
Rice noodle
Carrot
Cucumber
Pho paper
Lettuce
Pho paper
Dried onion
Coriander

Step 1:

Wash the vegetables then dry. You need to gently wash the vegetables to avoid breaking them. Then slice the carrots and cucumbers into thin strips. Use fresh vermicelli for this dish, but if you don't have this ingredient, pho roll is fine. The vermicelli and pho noodles are made with rice, so you'll still get all the nutrients you need even if you don't eat rice.

Step 2:

Cut the beef into the thinnest pieces, then marinate the beef with a little fish sauce, cooking oil and salt, rest the mixture for 20 minutes to absorb the spices. Then use a pan and add the dried onion and fry the onion until it turns golden, then add the beef, stir-fry for about 1 minute and then turn off the heat. Taste again with salt and pepper if needed.

Step 3:

How to make traditional Vietnamese-style dipping sauce: 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 chili, half a lemon, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 4 tablespoons hot water, 1 teaspoon garlic.
Place a sheet of pho on a chopping board placing, add some of your ingredients on top, roll tightly. Your rolling pho is ready to serve.

Nhìn cái vỏ cuốn phở là đã thấy ngon rồi, mà thịt bò em mua được phần ngon thế. C cũng mê đắm cái món cuốn này lắm
