Once upon a time, there was a small, lonely crayfish that lived in a countryside lake. Every day it would peer out from its hiding place among the stones near the lakebottom, its little orange claws reaching out for any companionship or adventure that might cross its path. Unfortunately, its loneliness was rarely alleviated, and days of solitude wore on.
But then one day everything changed. A young frog had also taken up residence in the lake, swimming in and out amongst the lakeweed in pursuit of bugs to munch on. Daringly, the crayfish ventured out towards the swimming frog, and upon reaching it, the two friends became fast companions.
From after that day on, the lonely crayfish and the frog swam and played together in the lake, much to the joy of their animal neighbours.

Угу. На то есть ряд железобетонных причин. Русские тексты никому не (были) нужны, кроме нас самих. Да и то не сильно :) картинки - да, это можно. Ну а русских юзеров со сколько нибудь существенной силой голоса... которые бы тебя поддерживали? нету таких. В отличие от английских, которые есть. Даже те, у кого и был некоторый вес голоса, предпочитают все вывести и дальше как с чистого листа.
Про "спаянность маленькой диаспоры" и взаимовыручку можно длаже не мечтать - это не в свойствах русских, не было и никогда не будет. А индонезийцы, поляки, сербы какие-нить - все создали свои маленькие нац сообщества и как-то друг дружку подбадривают, своими ноликами. Не все конечно, но хотя бы как класс - она есть, взаимопомощь. Украинцы со своим ua_promoter так просто только в путь.
Остается забыть про русскость, генерить контент как у англичан да еще и не хужей чем у них, чтобы не потеряться на их фоне, и может быть, когда-нибудь... но так сказать, не факт. Дальнейшие догадки насчет чьи посты получают всю ману, я придержу.
Продолжим, пожалуй :) Всё равно интересная платформа.
