RE: Needle Felted Dolls!

in NeedleWorkMonday3 years ago

I love hearing about the rural library, a great space for learning and community! Our libraries here have extended opening times now - the are staffed some of the time and then other times, if you have completed an induction, you can use the library when it is not staffed. You could be in the library from eight in the morning until seven at night, if you wished! The attitude within the library service has changed - library spaces are seen more as community spaces that the service looks after. By arrangement, members of the community could run groups in the extended opening hours. I hadn't thought about it until now, but perhaps that's where I could set up a knitting group. Thank you for the inspiration!

If you have the community support then a knitting class would be wonderful!
