In between a series of posts that are probably going to take some time to write out fully, I wanted to do a quick one where I give away 3x Alpha Vials, or, 60 HBD to be frank. (Cause I don't wanna buy them and send them to you to then find out you got some really rare stuff - call me superstitious :P)

As a life long old school retro gamer and someone that grew up waiting for Gen 1 of Pokemon to be released and walked around the backyard with his Pokemon book as a kid before its release, pretending to catch Pokemon, I have always wanted a Pokemon sort of capturing monsters game on Hive which is where Holozing comes in for me.
It will be a lot of fun to play Holozing WHILE playing the retro Pokemon games, maybe I should on my old school grey Gameboy as well. 🤔
Not only that, but this is a game which a huge and reputable name in the Hive community that is behind it, and I believe in as something I can be in from the start and watch it really take off and become a huge, fun game to play that drains my life force as I put a lot of time into it.
The project has been coming along very nicely from seeing updates about all the different creatures and evolutions, the starter items in the vials or different gameplay and mechanics of what to expect. There is so much excitement from the community as a whole and mine is way up there as well.
I would love to add to my 3 alpha vials to help start my journey, since I would have 4 and would likely hold 2 and open 2 or maybe open 3, depending what the first two get me.
I have droned on enough I think, either way I am here to stay and eagerly being patient for when we can open our alpha vials!
Being an old gamer, I always feel sad to see only clink-type idle games, focusing only on investment and returns and not a little bit upon the actual gameplay experience. Why web2 games are far more superior in comparison is because of their gameplay experience. I have played tons of PC games including GTA, NFS, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Max Payne, Hitman, Halo series and many others and I play them because they give me the thrill. But on the other hand, I have played Splinterlands, Axie Infinity, Drug Wars, Golem Overlord and some other games which are mostly just doing a few clicks, no activity or controls that keeps you engaged with the game. So when I need actual fun, Its obvious what I will choose among them.
With the upcoming HOLOZING project however, my expectations from web3 gaming are finally getting some hope. As the game declared, this will be a game similar to Pokemon Digital game, a full-fledged 3D game featuring an open-world where healers (player avatar) can roam freely, catch wild creatures, fight against other players and their creatures and evolving their monsters and gears. This exponential transition from interacting with browser idle apps in the name of gaming and actually seeing a 3d highly detailed open world game being developed, whenever I think about it I get an Adrenaline rush. That's why I am super excited about this upcoming game, Holozing and I am certain that if this game delivers what it is promising, this game will reshape common people's thought about Web3 and NFT gaming.
I have already bought my first Alpha Vial and wish to buy at least another 1 or 2, so that I at least get 1x of each items in the game when it launches as they will help me with the initial boost while playing the game and I can progress faster. So, having 2 vials instead of 1 will help me increase my chances by double, so hope I win this one and get myself that shiny colorful vial!
It's safe to say I have been buying a bit more of the vials than I had previously planned on. I'm not going to enter the competition. I think this should go to someone who maybe doesn't have the money to buy a vial themselves. Something to get them as excited about the game as the rest of us.
Let me start by sharing what excites me about Holozing, as this is actually my very first web3 game that I will participate in. Although I'm aware of other Hive games that were launched in the past, I feel like Holozing is the one I can relate to most. Why? I like Pokemon and I played Pokemon GO for 2 main reasons: the adventure aspect and the design of the creatures. When comparing Pokemon creatures and Holozing creature designs, I have to say that the Holozing ones are more upscale and well thought out. In fact, the Holozing creature designs are the reason why I got back into drawing again. I even bought a drawing table and an iPad just to be able to create digital fan art for the game. So, every time there's a new creature reveal, I almost immediately create fan art of it.
Another reason that gets me excited about the game is the battle aspect. I used to play online games that encouraged me to think of strategies to win. I've learned to like these types of games because they usually encourage discussion among players and form camaraderie between them.
So having more Vials on hand will improve my chances of getting a variety of creatures in my roster and then having a better chance of completing the items I need to play the game. Not to mention, Vials generate Zing token rewards, which will be one of the currencies of the game. So having one more Vial in my inventory would be very nice. I hope I get one of these three Vial giveaways. Cheers!
Let's be honest, we don't need false praise here, leave that to our ugly brother, JS's son. At first, when I started hearing (and reading) about Holozing, I thought it would be just another game trying to ride some wave and make some money. I was hesitant because of the boom in several games that was happening in mid-2021.
However, the math showed something different. This wasn't just any person promoting a game, this was someone who had been in the Hive since its beginnings, with over 8 years of community, someone who already had a project (POSH) and now wanted to get another one off the ground. I didn't need any more arguments, I was already convinced, this is a member who knows the concept of being a maximalist Hive and who breathes Hive every day. I'm in!
So I started reading the whitepaper and it caught my attention that the game would have visual and nostalgic symbols that would remind me of my childhood and clearly the appreciation I have for this type of game, another positive point.
However, there must be other users with much more interesting stories than mine about why the game caught their attention so much, so I bring you another story, which has the possibility of being written, and that will only be in the hands of you Acid, or whoever is reading this here.
It is possible for anyone to buy an Alpha Vial at this moment, but it will be just another Vial to appear in our account and in the future be opened or remain waiting for an appreciation to resell and make a profit.
So why would I want this Alpha Vial?
This is where a story begins. It will not be just any Alpha Vial that was bought in a store like the dozens, hundreds, thousands of others that will be bought next.
It will be the one among the 3 who earned the right to have a story to be written. The Alpha Vial purchased through this giveaway will be opened as soon as possible and the story of the protagonist inside it will be written regularly by this writer, creating an entire scenario and story to tell and add to Hive users and those who are not on the internet.
Our protagonist will cross the game's barriers and will be an essential piece in the dialogue with the other trainers. He will not be the one to obey, but the one who dialogues with his peers and, as a team, makes the best decision for the future journey.
However, this story can only be written if our protagonist is lucky enough to be chosen by this writer. Or is it already being written, and just as Zeus was born in Crete, could our brave creature emit his first roar in the key of a major Zing in Hivean lands?

I don't have enough info to imagine the gameplay and the interface. But I see how much effort have been already invested in this game, how much hope behind it, how great its art and fan art so I am looking forward to seeing the things and participating in them. In particular, it would be interesting to try to onboard people (with my referral link) into the game by writing some posts here and there, on Reddit and Medium.
Secondly, it's the first time in my life I am witnessing how a game is hatching from an egg of ideas and plans. That makes the things double intriguing.
Thirdly, the more HP I have, the more I worry about the success of Hive blockchain as a whole. I hope Holozing will significantly strengthen Hive.
For myself it's all about supporting the Hive ecosystem and in particular the gaming sector. While it's always nice to have more assets to play around with to have more flexibility to create content, videos, pictures, gifs etc for when the game launches.
While I already bought one Vial it never hurts to have more! My request is short and sweet lol.

After the $ZING airdrop, I was kinda away from this project. One of the reasons is that I am not a gamer kind of person.

So far, I've acquired 3 vials, one of which is for my son (@dovycola). Financially, that’s all I can manage at the moment, but we plan to get more in the future. My son is very passionate about Pokémon, and that's how I got into it too. It’s a great way to spend time together. Since I'm active on Hive, I invited my son to join, and he started playing Splinterlands. However, after a while, it lost his interest. When he discovered Holozing, he was thrilled to find a Pokémon-style game on his favorite platform.
The reason I’m excited about Holozing is not just because I get to spend time with my son playing games, teaching him about the power of Blockchain, but also because I can finally enjoy a Pokémon-style game on #Hive. I have some hope for this game because of how passionate you are to this project and how the community itself is boosting the game development. The game peaked an interest in me because of the inspiration from Pokemon. This is also my first crypto game that I actively invested my time and money in and I'd like to see how the project pans out in the future.
The extra vial will give me some advantage over others because of the rarity of the items that I get from it. More number of vials means higher the chances of getting a good item or items.

why would I like an Alpha? it is simple, that's because I do not have one. honestly I do not want to pay for 20 $HBD not because I do not have money, or I think it too expensive, or I do not trust you and the developer team. it's just I am avoiding paying more on new games. I am a bit, or maybe very. salty on new blockchain games. I have lost and liquidated some of my assets on some games and went back to some old ETH game and recently started dCity.
Maybe if by luck I get a Vial, that could make a shift on my perception. Maybe that could trigger me to open up my gate to get into Holozing like I used to do in Splinterlands, dunno... This is an exciting project and I have already been eyeing it and wanting a vial.
The two main reasons are:
Development - the team are reputable and rug pull is not likely. Progress on the game is steady. The tidbits that are revealed look great! And the team is transparent in their dealings and such!
Community - this one kind of goes hand in hand with development, in a way. I'm not the only one excited about this future game! There's a vast and interactive community that are also eagerly supporting the project! The dev team also has to keep up in terms of scaling, community events, and like I mentioned earlier transparency.
Notable mention: the artwork looks so cool, inspiring loyal fans to share their own renditions! This melds together the community and the team (yes the artists, too!)
I've heard of other similar projects over the years (that still exist) and even some much older ones that feel like their progress has stagnated or turned in a different direction.
I am vaguely familiar with the Pokemon games, only having played one of the oldest iterations and a bootleg version at that. But I still loved the concept and the RPG genre in general!
I'm extremely excited to play Holozing, when it is ready. For me, it will be like the spiritual successor of that very first game I played.
Well, I'm super excited to see what the holozing will be like. I've always been a Pokemon fan, even though I've left the franchise aside for a while. I've played the first Pokemon games for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color. I think my last one was Crystal, but every now and then I read something about the little poke monsters.
With the holozing, I really want to see what the whole process will be like. I'm crazy imagining what the game will be like and with all this care and calm in making the game, it just shows that it has everything to become the top 1 in the hive!

Being a winner and holder of a vial and being an alpha would be very exciting, it would be my first vial, actually what I like the most about the team is that they are always informing the community about the progress of the game, that is very good and interesting that the community is involved.
I expect this game to be big. That's why I purchased my first vial though I never invest to own NFTs anymore. Holozing will be different given the dedication of the devs and the founder. It's also supported by a passionate community who are ready to play the game. So yeah, if I win I'll definitely buy another vial 😀

Hive is my favorite blockchain project and Hive games are one of my passions and I am very interested in Holozing because there are no such games on Hive and because the founder is a real Hiver who has shown over the years how much he cares about Hive.

Well, I already have a vial, but I would love to buy many more! Let's see if I can do so in the next months because I think Holozing has the potential to be a really fun game. The reason I want the vial is there will never be enough vials to get!!! I also think Holozing will do much good to HIVE and I'm sure it will grow in popularity! I am following the project and I even did 4 posts for the drawing contest. Seems interesting enough and I was thinking to get a Vial, at least to check it and see how likeable it is. I am finishing my approach with WOO, and get my desired amount, thinking about switching my Hive delegation for Holozing next. I think the game will be successful if you get the graphics right and the game mechanics decent, without too many random factors. But this also depends on how much Zing it generates when more players join. Usually, most of the games I played reached that level after a few months and then disappeared. The launch is just the beginning.
As an active member of the Hive ecosystem and the Holozing community where my focus is more on blockchain gaming, I wish to have this Alpha Vials so I can be part of the early adopters of the game. I used to play pkm showdown, which is only an online battler and had some fun with it, even though I wasn't in the "competitive" lvl...
I also enjoy the rpg itself and played until Black and White version, although some hack roms were also fun, the reborn is kinda sick, too difficult, a crossover of all gen...

Firstly being a crypto enthusiast, I have already played several blockchain games missed many game's early stages, and lost funds in several games also. But HoloZing is the first ever developed game that starts with a 100% fair distribution of ZING tokens and now the vial sells also. To my knowledge, there is no game that led any founder to spend his own funds to buy back the game token, vials, and even motivated to share referral links for achieving some achievements.
I want to win more vials to make my portfolio greater and own enough alpha items to play the game from the early stage of development.

When opening them becomes available I will probably open half of my vials, it will be more than two for sure, and keep the other half unopened. Who knows what the price of this stash might be ....
Anyways, keep up the good work at the pace you are comfortable with. We don't know the capacity of your team and are in no position to demand quick results. It's better to maintain quality than try to push out something half baked.

Well to tell my reasons I should mention that I've been in hive since 2021, I started with the splinterlands game and its art contest, when I heard about the holozing project I loved the idea and the theme of it, the characters are really cool, I should mention that I'm a Pokémon fan hehe.
Well, currently what I do in hive is my only income, so 20 Hbd for me is a considerable investment :(.
I love Holozing and would like the vial directly instead of the hbd, as I would really like to get into this project, still I'm trying to save up to see if I manage to buy one on my own.

I am exited about Holozing for the same reasons I like splinterlands- I believe that they are great opportunities for Hive as a whole. If a game is successful it should attract more people/ investors to Hive. And as a result I hope that Hive price will continue to rise.
I would like an alpha vial because I would like to try playing Holozing but 20 HBD is quite a lot of money so I would probably need to save for weeks/ month till I could buy one. (I have more than enough in savings but I would rather not touch that for now).

Well, it will be my first contact with the game. I didn't know about this project and at first impression I found it very interesting because based on what I've read so far, it will be something similar to Pokemon Go. I've played this game a lot and I have an idea of what could come with Holozing.
I'm going to delve deeper into this game and its project and it would be really cool if I was chosen to help me make up for lost time that I had no idea what was happening before. Even though I'm late, I think it's still worth starting before the launch.
So i have been a gamer all of my life. I have played mostly every Pokemon game in gameboy and on my PC through emulators. So you can imagine my excitement when i saw there will be a similar game in here the place i love so much. Basically, i am excited about a Pokemon like game being on hive and the people that are behind the game. Thus, i know for sure that this will come from like minded people who like these kinds of games, will take care of it and it won't be another pay-to-win game for example. At the same time, if this game manages to be as good as i have it in my mind and be for all the games out there (not pay to win, to complicated etc etc) then Hive will benefit from that as well. This is the reason/reasons as to why i am quite excited about the games, and i hope that i will manage to win a vial!

Basically when we feel the game is ready for beta which will wipe all alpha testing progression and start off with a clean slate as the official "launch", we'll switch alpha vials out for beta vials which will have their own starters, a low dropchance for alpha starters (with lower stat odds) and beta designed items compared to the alpha ones.

Why would I want to get an Alpha Vials? Well, first, I’m a huge fan of Pokémon, and having a game in that style here on Hive makes me really happy (really!). Haha well good news is that it'll be quite limited in early beta! I.e only a certain amount of battle encounters against wild creatures per day and we'll let people set a time parameter of when they want them to occur daily so it won't distract them from other important stuff!

What I really like about Holozing is that it seems developed by someone who really loves videogames and knows what gamers want from a game, which is a mixture of having fun, facing challenges and finding cool rewards with which improve their collections.
Web3.0 is the future of gaming but I have still to find a game that can compete with Web2.0's games: my hope is that Holozing will be the first one succeding in this task!
