@fredkese finished the group phase as 3rd in his group, with the lowest score among those who made it into the playoffs. There, he bumped into @merthin on his hiking day. When everything seemed to be lost, luck shone upon @fredkese. Due to one pair unresolved (both players didn't publish a report), he was allow into quarterfinals as lucky loser. He then went all the way to win the 3rd place. What a story!

@danmaruschak won his group even though he had one loss. Then he sailed thru all playoffs rounds defeating his opponents with high margins.So was the Final match - he has left no doubts who is the best player in Season 19. Well done!

@danmaruschak has won his 4th title, catching up with @manuvert. @merthin seems to be collecting silver medals. @browery, together with @bucipuci, is the king of @semifinals while @fredkese has equaled his lifetime best result.

The ranking is calculated over last 4 seasons. Points are weighted - the last season comes with 100%, the previous with 75% etc.
@merthin has become the new leader. A steady performance in each season is the best recipe for the leader's position. The new champion, @danmaruschak has collected a lot of points this season, but his previous appearances were not that shiny.
The ranking will be very important in the coming season 20!

Stay tuned - Season 20 is going to be special. 36 players will participate! Get ready for December. Details will be announced soon!
