Hi Laica, I had no idea the sea reaches your garden when the tide rises. This month had been harsh for the plants with the sun burning hot. It was a blessing in disguise that the ploughman didn't plough the garden as planned. Love snow cabbage and yours look so fresh I can imagine different dishes to cook with them.

Hello Arni, I was also shocked. We live near fish ponds and back then the water only rose in June mostly during the Saint John festival but now it reaches close to us because of the broken barrier during the height of the storm. Luckily for me, I haven't planned yet. Snow cabbage is delicious when freshly pulled, and very crispy when freshly cooked. I just stir-fried some for our dish.
