Virtual greetings everyone

How are you all doing my co-hivegarden community? I have you all are doing pretty good. Today i havested cassava from my garden yesterday to process garri. Today i am sharing with you guys some simple process of to produce garri.
I am very sure many of us here only buy garri from the market but never have idear on how is being produce.

Going through this very post, it will really help you to understand the full process taken to produce garri. I will use image to explain each steps i am going to use for easy understandings.

Farming is very good, because it will reduce some expenses to you. Right now garri is too cost in which 80kg bag of garri is sale @100dollas and before it was sold @ 25 dollars, is only people that plant cassava enjoying because those that dont farm it are buying costly and with that you will not be able to save anything. So i advice everyone of you to farm and you will never regret it, i promise..

Steps on how i process garri

Firstly i visit my farm that i have planted cassava since last year and the harvest the due cassava. This is done will the help of Cutlass. See the photo of the harvested cassava.

After harvesting it, i then use knief to pill out the cover of the cassava fruit to get the main fruit.
The pill cover can be used to feed goat.

After pilling out the cover of the fruit, i then use water to wash it clean and after washing it i the grain it with cassava graining machine.

After graining it, i then put it inside bag and put it in a presser to press out the water completely.

After pressing out all the water, i then sieze it to remove all the cassava stick that was not grain during grading.

I finall fry it for the waster to dry completely, and one the waster dry completely, it then turn to garri. That is how simple is the process.

Finally the garri is ready.
Hope you are able to learn how to make garri from me if you never know it before, and for those who don't know how to process garri, hope this post was helpful to you. Thanks so much for your time.
