Chicken roast and white rice = My homemade recipe 😋👩🏽‍🍳

I'll share my cooking recipe of Chicken roast and white rice😋👩🏽‍🍳.

This recipe is a little special for me because it is one of my favorite dishes. Especially my mom used to make this chicken roast very delicious and I learned this delicious recipe from her. Then I can make this recipe very easily like my mother. Everyone in our house loves this recipe very much.

Here we cook chicken roast on any special day. Chicken roast is one of the attractions of wedding food. This roast is served with white rice or biryani. Also, we serve this dish when a guest comes to our house. I used to make this dish at home on some special day like our holy Eid.

My cousins, friends, relatives love to cook this roast and they all enjoy this dish with great satisfaction. This chicken roast can be made in many ways. Everyone makes it differently but I like to make it a little spicy and a little sweet in this recipe. Those who like more spices can make spice roast if they want and those who can't eat spices can make sweet roast if they want.

I have made this recipe many times at home and I find it very tasty. So here I am to share this simple and special recipe with you. Now let's know how I made this recipe.

  • Onion
  • Green chilies
  • Dried plums
  • Fried onions
  • Sour yogurt
  • Milk
  • Roast Special Masala
  • Oil
  • Bay leaf
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Tomato sauce
  • Potatoes
  • Egg

Here I took eggs and potatoes to decorate the food. I served this chicken roast with white rice, so I am going to share the recipe of this white rice for you. The ingredients for making white rice are given below.

  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Bay leaf
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom
  • Rice

The process to follow:

First I prepared the chicken. I cut a whole chicken into 4 parts. Then I cleaned them very well. To make the roast, I cut the chicken into large pieces. If you want, you can cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Then I mixed this chicken pieces with a very small amount of salt and kept it for some time.

Then I heated a frying pan on the stove with enough oil. After the oil was heated, I put the chicken pieces in it. After adding the pieces of chicken, I fried them for about 10 minutes and these chickens cannot be fried for a long time because if they are fried too much, the meat becomes very tough and it does not taste good. So I very carefully fried the chickens to a light brown color. I fried the chickens and put them on a plate.

After frying the chicken pieces, I again heated the oil in the pan and added chopped onions. I fried the onions brown. I kept these fried onions aside for the next step.

Now I am going to the main cooking. At this stage, I again fried some oil in a pan with chopped onion, cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamom. Then I fried them with ginger paste and garlic paste for a while.

Then I mixed them with cumin powder, chili powder, salt to taste and special roast masala. I added a small amount of water so that all these spices do not burn.

Then I added sour curd, tomato ketchup and a little fried onion to all the spices. All these ingredients were mixed well and cooked for some time. At this stage, a very nice aroma was coming out from the spices.

After removing the raw smell from the spices, I added fried chicken pieces to them. I mixed the chicken pieces with spices very well and cooked them for some time. Then I added some milk and green chilies to them. After giving milk at this stage, the taste of this dish is amazing. At this time, a very good smell of chicken, spices and milk was coming out. Then all these were mixed together and cooked for about 10 minutes.

Leaving the roast in the oven for 10 minutes, I proceeded to cook the white rice during that time. To cook the white rice, first I heated a small amount of oil in a pan. Then I fried chopped onion, cinnamon and bay leaves in hot oil. Then I mixed them well with ginger and garlic paste.

After frying all these spices, I mixed them with rice. I fried all these ingredients for some time and added enough water. I kept it in the oven for about 10 minutes to cook the rice. After draining the water, the rice was cooked perfectly. The rice was smelling very nice.

This is my special chicken roast ready. After about 10 minutes, the chicken roast was done cooking. Then I added a small amount of ghee to this roast for flavor. The ghee made this roast taste delicious. Then I served them in a nice clean bowl. The color of the gravy of this roast was very beautiful.

Now you can see my whole cooked food. I prepared these dishes like this. With this special roast I made white rice and with them I made some items for decoration. Then I designed and cut the potatoes and fried them and decorated them.

There is also lemon, egg and salad and I served this whole meal with them. This is how we prepare and serve these dishes on special days.
