Nice post. I once ate a delicious Indonesian dish made with green jackfruit. It was my first time. Indeed it was a great meat replacement. Since then I enjoy making numerous recipes with green jackfruit. I buy the canned version as I do not live in a tropical region. I looking forward to preparing a dish with the green jackfruit which comes directly from a tree.

The ones that comes direct will definitely taste better, fritters are the most tasty version that even kids like.
