Pour mon anniversaire !
Demain je serai loin du clavier, encore une fois, après les formations de ce lundi et de ce jeudi, qui se sont fort bien passées, c'est chez ma maman que j'irai passer la journée de samedi 23 mars.
Elle m'a gentiment invité à y partager mon repars préféré : L'Osso Bucco, maison !
Un paquet d'heures de travail, mais qui se déguste avec un plaisir évident :)
Je pourrai du même coup, voir si on vend encore la moelle pour la tartiner avec du beurre salé sur un bout de baguette, où si, ASFCA oblige, c'est devenu non recommandé comme les fromages au lait cru ?
J'en ferai un commentaire demain soir, si je n'oublie pas.
Un repas gourmand donc mais en mode régime, quand maman m'a demandé si je voulais du vin, j'ai poliment décliné en proposant un simple verre d'eau à la place. J'ai du insister puisque maman proposait une bombe à sucre à la place, je veux dire ... un soda ... Décliné également.
Nous fêterons les 50 ans de mon petit frère aussi, puisqu'il sera là et que son anniversaire tombe le 31 mars.
Seul bémol : c'est loin, mais fi de cela, nous allons passe rune journée familiale qui devrait être fort sympathique.
Mais je serai là, promis, pour dimanche matin afin de faire la distribution des ECU, qui ... Ca commence à sérieusement faire long, sera à nouveau manuelle dirait-on, puisqu'on a absolument aucune nouvelle et ce malgré même des MP concernant un possible "bon plan business" ... Dommage et inquiétant, même si ... Si c'était grave, je suppose et j'espère que sa moitié nous aurait prévenus...
Curieux... Mais bon, ce sera donc à la mai cette fois aussi ...
