I used to use an air fryer or an oven to make crispy pork belly skin, but they broke down so I used a pot to fry them. The pork skin is still crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside and delicious just like using the oven. There are a few tips for you to have delicious crispy skin and golden brown, dip it with fish sauce and serve with hot rice, a perfect meal. This recipe tastes similar to the crispy meat you buy at restaurants.
