SELFIE TIME|| Lo siento, pero me encantan!!

Señores y Señoritas, aqui va un dato importante: ¡Yo inventé las selfies! Ah no me creen?? pues les cuento que si! Hace un buen tiempo, como para el año 2004-2005 me hacía selfies con cámara antes de que empezaran a ser moda y obviamente, mucho antes de que estuvieran como ahora, reformuladas y perfeccionadas por modelos, fashonistas e influencers. De 300 fotos que hacíamos en cualquier reunión de amigos, probablemente 100 eran mías en este formato. Y por qué no? si a mi me gustan mucho!

La necesidad de que aparezca mi cara con el fondo de lo que quiero mostrar me lleva a hacerlo. Me recuerdo muy chiquita, clomo a los nueve o diez años, en la playa con mi prima que era mi mejor amiga y cómplice, tomandome una selfie con camara análoga. Cuando mis tías revelaron el rollo casí me matan porque había desperdiciado una foto en eso. Foto que tengo en la mente impresa en un recuerdo perfecto, ojalá pudiera dibujarla; los ojos juntos, achinadosl la naríz arrugada, la cara brillante, el cabello húmedo y con esa mueca que hacemos con la boca cuando nos pega el sol en la cara que mostramos los dientes superiores; las dos. Amo esa foto, por siempre estará en mi mente.

Una vez una amiga me dijo que para mis redes no debería subir tantas selfies, que sería ideal tener otro formato de fotos. Y cómo les cuento que a partir de ahí traté de tener otras poses, otros ángulos; peeeeero, no encuentro casi nunca un fotografo, y es frustrante porque yo he tomado un par de fotos que se han vuelto icónicas en los perfiles de algunos amigos. Cuesta posar si no se practica constantemente. Las selfies me salen naturales, es que de verdad las practiqué mucho.

Me rendí en esa empresa de desintoxicarme de selfies y seguí haciendomelas, incluso hice un apartado especial para ellas en instagram. Así que comenzando mi relación con Liketu, es propio lanzar unas de mis favoritas por aquí. Toca disfrutarlas mientras logro encontrar quien me regale un poquito de magia y me haga unas buenas fotos; pero ha sido una tarea ardua. Creo que por ahí he encontrado un par de amigxs que me pueden hacer el favor, para muestra el boton anterior. ¿No?

Pero qué dicen? me quedan bien o no?

Ladies and Gentlemen, here's an important fact: I invented selfies! Ah, you don't believe me? well, I assure you that I did! A long time ago, around 2004-2005, I used to take selfies with a camera before they became fashionable and obviously, long before they were as they are now, reformulated and perfected by models and influencers. Out of 300 photos we took at any gathering of friends, probably 100 of them were mine in this format. And why not? I really like them!

The need for my face to appear with the background of what I want to show leads me to do it. I remember myself very young, around nine or ten years old, at the beach with my cousin who was my best friend and accomplice, taking a selfie with an analog camera. When my aunts developed the film they almost killed me because I had wasted a photo on it. I have that photo printed in my mind in a perfect memory, I wish I could draw it; the eyes together, slanted eyes, the nose wrinkled, the bright face, the wet hair and with that grimace we make with our mouth when the sun hits our face showing our upper teeth; the two of us. I love that picture, it will always be in my mind.

Once a friend told me that I shouldn't upload so many selfies for my networks, that it would be ideal to have another format of photos. And how can I tell you that from then on I tried to have other poses, other angles; but I almost never find a photographer, and it's frustrating because I have taken a couple of photos that have become iconic in the profiles of some friends. It's hard to pose if you don't practice constantly. Selfies come naturally to me, I really practiced a lot.

I gave up on the selfie detox and kept taking them, I even made a special section for them on instagram. So starting my relationship with Liketu, it is proper to launch some of my favorites here. It's time to enjoy them while I manage to find someone to give me a little bit of magic and take some good pictures; but it has been a hard task. I think I've found a couple of friends who can do me the favor, as the previous button shows, right?
