El día de hoy cayó lo que llamamos por acá, un tremendo palo de agua, es decir, llovió muy fuerte, cosa que no pasa por aquí con mucha frecuencia.
Estaban cayendo truenos y además había mucha brisa. La lluvia cayó de repente, no habían pasado muchos minutos cuando ya estaba la calle inundada. Nosotros solo podíamos ver la lluvia por la ventana, así también vimos a unos jóvenes que jugaban bajo la lluvia. Más fino que se veía.
Mis niñas estaban que querían salir y bañarse, cosa que siempre dicen cada vez que llueve, pero yo nunca las dejo, puesto que le tenemos miedo a las enfermedades, que trae.
Sin embargo, es bonito admirar la lluvia, es como un milagro de la naturaleza, ver del cielo caer tanta agua, esa que refresca la tierra, las plantaciones y todo lo que encuentra a su paso. También trae preocupaciones porque hay gente que está muy nerviosa, como mi madre, que me mandó un mensaje de que tenía los nervios, ya que esa lluvia así tan tormentosa le da mucho miedo.
Además, mi hermano y mi cuñada habían salido minutos antes de caer la lluvia hacia otra ciudad, esto nos preocupó, puesto que las carreteras se ponen muy peligrosas. Gracias a Dios, se detuvieron en una alcabala y llegaron y regresaron con bien.
Así que esta fue otra lluvia más en donde no salimos a la calle, como otras personas si lo hacen, je, je, je.

It was thundering and there was a strong breeze. The rain fell suddenly, not many minutes had passed when the street was already flooded. We could only see the rain through the window, so we also saw some young people playing in the rain. It was even finer than we could see.
My girls wanted to go out and take a bath, something they always say every time it rains, but I never let them, because we are afraid of the diseases it brings.
However, it is nice to admire the rain, it is like a miracle of nature, to see so much water falling from the sky, which refreshes the earth, the plantations and everything in its path. It also brings worries because there are people who are very nervous, like my mother, who sent me a message that she was nervous, because that stormy rain makes her very afraid.
Also, my brother and sister-in-law had left minutes before the rain fell for another city, this worried us, since the roads get very dangerous. Thank God, they stopped at a roadblock and arrived and returned safely.
So this was just another rain where we did not go out in the street, like other people do, heh, heh, heh, heh.
