A quiet day in Zurich first with the Polybahn, a student furnicular, up to the viewing platform over Zurich then just next to the zoological museum was unfortunately closed for renovation, back to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and then return to the city with the Polybahn.
The Polybahn is a furnicular railway opened in 1889 and originally operated with steam engines. Today is a popular transportation option for students, tourists and localsoffering on the top wonderful views over the Zurich city.
