Hola a todos, deseandoles que tengan un día maravilloso y que se encuentren bien hoy les traigo una recete fácil y rápida de preparar son unos mini helados de gelatina con leche condesada.Entonces tomemos nota de los ingredientes.

Necesitaremos:

• Un sobre gelatina de cereza.
• Una taza de leche condensada.
• Vasos plásticos pequeños.
• Paletas o palos pequeños de madera.

We will need:

• One cherry jelly envelope.
• One cup of condensed milk.
• Small plastic cups.
• Small wooden pallets or sticks.

En un recipiente de su preferencia, en este esta oportunidad utilice un recipiente de vidrio, echamos 4 tazas de agua caliente.

In a container of your choice, this time use a glass container, we pour 4 cups of hot water.

Vertimos todo el contenido del sobre de gelatina sabor de cereza. Vamos revolviendo constantemente para que se disuelva bien el sobre de gelatina en las 4 tazas de agua que echamos previamente en el recipiente.Una vez este bien mezclado, lo retiramos y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente, metemos en la nevera por espacio de una hora.

We pour the entire contents of the cherry-flavored gelatin envelope. Stir constantly so that the gelatine is dissolved in the 4 cups of water previously poured into the container. Once it is well mixed, remove it and let it cool down to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Una vez retirada de la nevera no estará completamente cuajada entonces aquí procedemos al siguiente paso.

Agregamos la leche condensada a la gelatina que ya previamente sacamos de la nevera.

Mezclamos bien para que se incorporen los dos sabores.

En los vasos vertimos leche condensada antes de llenarlos con la deliciosa mezcla de helados.

Llenamos los vasos pequeño de nuestra mezcla que una vez incorporados todos los ingredientes queda de color rosado o rosa.

We fill the small glasses with our mixture which, once all the ingredients have been incorporated, will be pink or rosy in colour.

Por último colocamos los palos pequeños de madera a los vasos; ponemos a congelar en la nevera; y así obtenemos unos deliciosos mini helados.
