Growing up I was a very happy child I enjoyed school primary and secondary, however after school life starting becoming more complicated. Anger started becoming a emotion that I expressed more and more, this frustrated me as I'm naturally a happy person

A few years ago I did some research about anger and I learn a lot . Anger is okay it's a natural part of life however staying in that state isn't, the main and most important thing I learnt about anger is that it is a secondary emotion. If your confused let me give you and example, if your driving and someone dangerously cuts in front of your car you may get angry. However if you look a bit deeper the first emotion may have been being scared, confused, frustrated or annoyed which lead to becoming angry.

I'll give you another example I've experienced if someone get's cheated on they're partner they are most likely to get angry however the under lining emotion may be hurt, pain, disbelief or disappointment. these primary emotions can cause anger.

Anger is energy I've learnt to use it to benefit me how? I'll explain if someone get's me angry or a situation get's me angry I use that energy and do something positive with it like go gym and let out all that fiery steam I tend to work harder when this happens because I've got more energy to burn due to this emotion, another avenue would be to clean my house I would tend to have a deeper house clean when I frustrated.

What has helped me over the years is to go to the original emotion that has triggered my anger then deal with it , this helps because I deal with the root of my feelings rather than the outer layer or the present emotion. I hope this has helped someone understand anger a bit better. Making music has been a great way to express my anger in a productive way because it has a strange way of bringing the best out of me.

My conclusion is anger can benefit us if we learn more about it and how to use it!
