Good morning y'all and welcome to today's show where the first part of the final cleaning is underway. Right now there's about a foot of trash, ceiling tiles and insulation covering the entire floor.. but that should be cleaned up here in a couple hours and the final detailing can begin.. this was such a shitty job.. worth every penny I'm gonna make off the insurance company..

Glad you are making progress, maybe soon you can start making some rental money on the place! I hope that insulation wasn't full of asbestos... I'm sure by now the worst part is done and it's time to get the detailing done. You'll need that extra weed after this mornings work!

Man I am coughing just thinking about the mess of pulling down a ceiling. I would die. Gonna be neat to see the rebuild into your new home when that chapter finally starts. Then we can get down to finding out what your neighbours have going on at Area 51.
The neighbor on the right has a yapping ass dog.. it's been barking for 3 days straight now.. yeah the inside of the house is a wreck.. well it was. The demo is almost done..
