Yesterday my oldest daughter presented the Mother's Day event at her school, it was a very nice event because this year it was retro style, specifically from the 70's, 80's and 90's, so the dances had to be in that style.
After finishing the act, my husband and I decided to go for a coffee and in turn eat a sweet, we had never been to a coffee shop that is in a busy shopping center in the city, it is not new, but it had never caught our attention and we decided to go there.
Biggest surprise when we arrived, it turned out to be a beautiful cafeteria, in fact not only do they offer that service only, it is also a restaurant and serves on weekends to go for social drinks, its space was very delicate and each of the sweets that were exhibited looked delicious, the attention was extraordinary and best of all was that it was just for the 3 of us.
For a moment I forgot about the diet 🤣🤣 so I decided to have a coffee with milk, which was very rich and as I like, creamy and equal parts 50% coffee and 50% milk 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 accompanied by a parchita pie, is that the truth is that it looked divine, and you can believe me when I tell you that it was just as it looked, EXQUISITE.
My husband only ordered a coffee just the way he likes it, brown and very hot.
My daughter ordered a malta, which is nothing more than a Venezuelan drink that for us is an addiction 🤣🤣 in conjunction with a strawberry candy, at first glance it looked super fresh and the strawberries almost freshly picked besides divine and it really was.
We had time without going out the 3 of us, so we decided to enjoy our desserts, our tertulia which was enjoyable talking about everything a little bit, really our daughter deserved a positive reinforcement after such a nice act, of course the photos could not miss and when we left there we decided to go back, we definitely loved that place.

I rarely drink coffee alone in a commercial establishment. I tend to do it at home when I take refuge in a book or work. When I go to coffee shops, I try to go with someone, because that way I take advantage of the best part of the coffee and the outing, which is socializing.
I love having coffee with my family, and it's one of the things I enjoy most with my daughter, who is now grown up.
