Hand roasting that way is super interesting. Very low tech and old school, like they would have had to do it "back in the day." Traditional I suppose. Pretty cool really. Roasters are generally super expensive, so I'm sure this is a good way to save money for them, though it would take a lot of time. Cool experience!
haha I kinda agree on that. Though some of my friend also roast it themselves every few days. I also found that very interesting. I wouldn't have the effort and time.
It would be a fun experiment but probably not a long term solution for me personally.
