Greetings to all coffee lovers, although if you are not a coffee lover with my publications you will end up loving it, coffee in its maximum expression represents a state of mind for many of us, and yes, coffee has the power to change our state of mind, according to its consumption it can vary, as I like coffee very much I take advantage of every time I go out to pass by a coffee shop that is on the way or one that I have within reach, usually there are many and I have to decide on one.
The coffee shop that I visited is called Villa poly Coffee, located in a very nice plaza type mall in the city of Bogota, I was passing through that place and I needed to wait an hour before attending an event, so I decided that I needed a coffee shop to wait for the time I needed to go, I found this coffee shop exactly at the entrance of the mall, and I found it curious because it turns out that they have their own coffee crops, they make the roasting and the whole process since it is grown until it reaches your cup of coffee.
Among the things I like about visiting coffee shops is to see the variety of implements or merchandise that each one has with their personal brand differentiating themselves from the rest, for example these cups with cool designs, ornaments that make reference to coffee from the field, with implements such as the French press, the dipper, lights, and more, it is interesting because you can take home a part of what represents them, this merch in particular I really liked the cup on the right with the doll that screams because he has not had his dose of coffee.
In my experience tasting this coffee, Bourbon Rosé honey, an acidic tendency with notes of blackberry and red fruits, it felt different to something I have had before, I could not express if I like it very much or not, what I felt was very different, and I think I would like to try something different next time, honestly I drank it and enjoyed the moment but it was not the best I have tried, but of course there are tastes and it was not bad, it is just not the style of coffee that I like to enjoy.

Saludos a todos los amantes del café, aunque si no eres amante del café con mis publicaciones vas a terminar amándolo, el café en su maxima expresión representa un estado de animo para muchos de nosotros, y si, el café tiene el poder de cambiarnos el estado de animo, de acuerdo con su consumo puede variar, como a mi me gusta mucho el café aprovecho cada vez que salgo en pasar por alguna cafeteria que me quede en el camino o alguna que tenga al alcance, por lo general hay muchas y me toca decidirme en una sola.
La cafeteria que visite se llama Villa poly Coffee, ubicada en un centro comercial muy bonito tipo plaza en la ciudad de Bogota, estaba de paso por ese lugar y necesitaba esperar una hora antes de asistir a un evento, por el cual decidí que necesitaba una cafeteria para esperar a que se hiciera la hora en la que necesitaba ir, encontré esta cafeteria exactamente en la entrada del centro comercial, y que me pareció curiosa porque resulta que ellos mismos tienen sus cultivos de café, realizan la tostión y todo el proceso desde que lo cultiva hasta que llega a tu taza de café.
Entre las cosas que me gustan de visitar cafeterias es ver la variedad de implementos o mercancía que cada uno tiene con su marca personal diferenciándose entre los demás, por ejemplo estas tazas con diseños cool, adornos que hacen referencia al café desde el campo, con implementos como la prensa francesa, el dipper, luces, y mas, es interesante porque puedes llevar a tu casa un parte de lo que los representa, esta merch en especial me gusto mucho por la taza de la derecha con el muñeco que grita porque no ha tenido su dosis de café.
En mi experiencia probando este café, Bourbon Rosado honey, una tendencia acida con notas a mora y frutos rojos, se sintió diferente a algo que haya tomado antes, no sabría expresar si me gusta mucho o no, lo que sentí fue muy diferente, y creería que me gustaría probar alguno diferente la próxima vez, sinceramente lo tome y disfrute el momento pero no fue lo mejor que he probado, pero claro que existen gustos y no estaba mal, simplemente no es el estilo de café que me gusta disfrutar.

Entiendo lo que comentas de los gustos en el café, eso pasa sobre todo con los cafés de especialidad, las notas son muy distintas, muchas veces especiadas, al igual que el aroma, pero no todos somos compatibles con ellas, yo en lo personal prefiero los clásicos 😅
Totalmente, tienen propiedades diferentes y que se diferencian para darnos distintas experiencias, de igual manera siempre me gusta probar de todos! 😅💕
