Can we be more efficient at work?
The labor issue is something that I learned a lot from, especially because I worked with a colonel from the Second World War, with whom I learned the value of hard work.
Addressing the issue of having fewer days of work, but lengthening the day, seems interesting to me.
However, personally, I find that lengthening work hours is not healthy for either the employee or the company.
The employee will not achieve greater efficiency; On the contrary, a person who is forced or forced to work more hours will be in a state of anxiety all the time and will hardly work under pressure.
A person will be efficient or perform well the tasks required by the company only if he or she feels motivated and comfortable with his or her work.
In my opinion, this is not a good option.
As I commented in other colleagues' posts, the best option would be to have companies that offer short working hours and that directly reward the results obtained.
That is, salaries and rewards are based solely on the goals achieved. In this way, we could have more productive companies and communities.

I believe that the paradigm of companies should change and focus more on productivity than on the number of hours worked.
The important thing is that the final product is obtained efficiently.
With a qualified group of workers working in short periods of time, it is easier to achieve this goal.
For example, let's imagine a company with 8 people who work one hour each. These 8 people could focus during that hour on offering a quality finished product and the company would be satisfied with their work.
In addition, the company could pay a lower fraction per hour, since productivity would be higher.
And in this way the company would pay its people focusing on the achievements obtained and not on the number of hours they work, it seems to me that it is a more rational way to reward efficiency.
Employees will be able to have their free time and feel better about being able to dedicate themselves to their families and their hobbies, and this leads to more productive and creative staff in the long term.

I also want to highlight that it is very important that after a certain amount of time while working the person takes breaks.
It is recommended that for each hour worked the person has rest breaks of 5 to 10 minutes so you can stay focused and continue working.
We must also take into account this rest because it is something that is very important, the Companies should follow this guideline.
In conclusion I repeat: I think that the best option is have fewer hours worked during the week and the worker can focus in the final product, and not in the hours worked or to be worked, but in the final result.
If workers kept only this in mind, productivity would be higher and the benefits would be greater for both the company, the workers and also for society.
This is the point of view I have regarding this topic.
Thank you very much for coming this far, I appreciate your participation, I will be attentive to your opinion below in the comments.

On point @manclar . Its motivating if we work fewer hours. And trust humans, they will put in their best especially if the same pay 💰 is maintained.
And I believe that greater efficiency can be achieved, especially when the incentives are better, not only money, but work environment, medical benefits, and a sense of belonging to a team.
All that makes a difference @sunshine29
You are right. Incentives is another thing to consider here. It make worker feel attached to a job without looking else where.
I agree with what you say, working more hours does not mean more work. I also agree that good working conditions have a positive influence on job performance.
Regards @manclar
Totally agree. You also have to study the possibility of a better salary, which never hurts.
👍 Again I agree, the money always encourages better work.
Yes, money makes trees grow, and cats grow too 😀
😆 feliz sábado @manclar
buenos dias arbol, aqui 1 am y me voy a la cama. Te he dejado un par de videos interesantes por discord, para que veas como va la cosa por aqui.
Buen dia.
Buenos días,😁
I agree with everything you say. Most companies do not apply this and would be much more productive if they were better organized with working hours. The schedule as we know it, is not the one that works best, when I worked in person I could spend hours sitting at my desk doing nothing because no work came in or because the bosses did not order the projects we had to do properly. I agree that less hours equals more work, productivity should be organized based on that and not so much on meeting a schedule of 8 hours a day. Excellent contribution @manclar 🤗.
The current paradigm needs to change a lot. The question is learning to change consciences, educating those businessmen who do not want to change in favor of their workforce.
And well, there are many types of bosses, when they have a lot of money, some do not take care of monitoring their businesses.

excellent post, very good. @manclar
Working hours and hours without rest, there comes a time when the body and the brain can't take any more and it's not productive at all. Overexertion does not lead to anything good, I think it would be ideal to work less hours, but productive, a rested worker, motivated and eager to do the job is more productive than having an exploited person.
For something when we just get up, we have much more energy that is spent over the hours, in those first hours of energy can do better work. Health is first 🙏 I agree with you my dear 🦉
And this is what happens today, people are very anxious about completing tasks in a short time. Owls (and some people too 😀), should be free to work whenever they want!
And just like you, I think that health comes first (ask my low back pain that appeared today and has me suffering hahaha).
