Essence of My Regular Exercise

Since last year, I noticed that It was extremely hard for me to find time for regular exercise as usual because my life has been cluttered with work and new amazing types of video games and all of these new movies…..who has time to exercise? I have stopped exercise for a couple of months.
Sincerely, I absolutely love exercise. I’m the type that often tries to convince friends to join in Wednesday walks, 'two - by - two exercise'; where only I and my spouse or friend are doing exercise alone and i would always be the coach especially in the game. Umm! It has always been a sweet moment to have an amazing time out with family and friends. I'd really missed those moments.
Huh! that reminds me when I had a walk to the beach with my friend; Jane. Infact Jane was fun to be with; no dull moment and that added spices to our Wednesday walk. I remember one of those days as we continued our Wednesday walk to the beach and engaged in aerobic activities too. This walks me back to the memory lane when I had a discussion during our usual regular morning exercise with my Dad when he was alive.
"Did you know that regular exercise makes you more energetic, strengthening your bones and muscles ? It can even decrease the likelihood of contracting diseases and makes you fit always" Dad said.
I can say that exercising regularly made a big impact on my life, Yeah I was taught by my father that regular physical activity is one of the most important things i can do for my health. According to him, he said that" any time he exercise his body, he's being physically active and that improved his brain health". Lately,I have noticed that my regular exercise has helped me manage my weight. It strengthens my bones and muscles, thereby making me stand fit always .

Do you know regular exercise has extremely improved my ability to do everyday activities excellently and improved my body flexibility?
Infact I have grown to understand that Flexibility of the body is the most vital parameter of physical fitness.
In contrast, I have also noticed that insufficient flexibility makes our body's joints and muscles stiff, limiting one's free movement and that is why now that I got back to my regular exercise routine, I know that my body can move through its fullest motion range without becoming stiff or feeling pains.

Although but not overlooked, We just live in a world with so many distractions and obligations. And that’s why so many people find it difficult to often participate in Wednesday walk or any Exercise . Then, i was always hesitant to schedule for regular exercise because of the nature of my new job. But I’ve found, however, that great short exercises of aerobic, muscle strengthening, and bone strengthening are really nice for the body but Aerobic activity is the one that benefits my heart and lungs the most.
Huh! Exercise can be extremely addictive and fun.
