I've tried biltong and I actually prefer jerky over it. It is quite easy, you just need to make sure you get the right curing salt. I've made batches with beef and venison. I had a dehydrator at the time, but my buddy made his in his oven.

I hear you there. I noticed you missed a couple of days of posting, so I figured you were busy with work.
Work and other things man, I need 34 hours in a day, 24 isn't enough. I'll make it work, life isn't always easy right?
After the day I have had, I can definitely say that it isn't easy. As long as you are taking time for the things that are really important, everything else will sort itself out!
Yep exactly, the important things must be attended to as a priority, that's what I'm doing. The rest will shake out as it will, as you say.
