What I see: I think that is the water coming from a mill, with the millhouse also being in the picture
What I feel: Old mill, new possibilities in the age of green energy...
The old mill was running again.
The water wheel now ran a turbine, and provided free power to the town.
The power company thought it could overcharge the town's people.
The last actual miller's grandson wasn't having it.
So he learned electrical engineering, and put the mill back to work!
The mill need to work because it helps a lot.

Thst's what I believe can easily be done if we really go for green energy. Plenty of working mills, water, wind and no dirty batteries needed.
