I woke up this morning, and the world felt noisy,
not from sound,
but from everything pulling at my mind.
Still, something called to me quietly.
A pull. A hum. A rhythm.

I stepped outside into my garden,
and there it was,
the Frequency.

It wasn’t a thing I could touch.
It moved like breath,
walked beside me like a quiet friend,
and spoke without a voice.

It said, “kastropaul, slow down.”
So I listened.

The corn leaves swayed in time with its steps.
The soil seemed to breathe under my feet.
The sun blinked through the clouds as if nodding along.

I realized,
the Frequency wasn’t just around me.
It was inside me.
It was my spirit tuned to God,
my heart resting in Jesus,
my mind finally quiet enough to feel the whisper of the Holy Spirit.

What’s the frequency?
It’s peace.
It’s purpose.
It’s presence.
And today, I walked in step with it.
