I feel it was about rain in Paris
This was a successful day, where a scholarship is offered to some students in my state to go and study construction engineering in France where they travel there to study for them to have knowledge to help in the construction of bridges in the country.

They come across the bridge of Paris and one of them says he will construct the bridge after their study in Paris as soon as he comes back to Nigeria.
After their study in Paris they came back home and the contract of bridge was given to them and they did very well in the construction of the bridge and were awarded with a good acknowledgement by their governor.
The Governor acknowledge the construction of the bridge because it was constructed exactly like the bridge in Paris but the quality is not of to the on win Paris but they try.

If it comes to quality it all depends on the material too. It's not easy to construct something. It seems modern buildings and bridges easily collapse these days.
