This is my entry on the #dailyprompt 2653 by @mariannewest. Survival of the riches
It was after a long day that my boss entered the work place(building site, since we work on home decor and painting) looking tired and stressed, he asked for water to drink. Whether in anger i can't explain, but that wasn't his tone and pace.
Just then i looked at him and asked how the exhibition program went, and the result.
If not that it's "survival of the richest", i qualified for that contract, He voiced out.
I could notice by your countenance on arrival, i replied.
I told him of the many other things i know of that will help his mood at the time, not setting mind on disappointments, since fairness and justice on many occasions have been overturned.
Winning of contracts is becoming survival of the richest, it may not be based on your exhibits, but as you keep getting Rich you will definitely be among the Rich. So he was happy again.
