A masterpiece of nature and humanity - Otsrog Monastery

in Worldmappin3 years ago

Let the memories never fade, one of the most visited and most important places in the Balkans is considered to be the Ostrog Monastery. It was an unforgettable visit that I remember fondly, because this Monastery is something special in its construction, and people like to visit it in order to find their peace in an authentically beautiful monastery.

Živim u Beogradu, a odrastao sam u Smederevu.

really a very good photo, the monastery building can be made on the edge of the cliff so. but in my opinion it is very risky to build on a cliff like that. when the cliff slid so the building was damaged.

Ohh. I see no wonder it look great

Otsrog Monastery is truly one of a kind structure. As far as I know, there are only a few of this kind of structure (being constructed/built on a rock). It is also interesting to think about how it was built because in the 17th century there are no power tools to be used in construction.

Great views! I hope you follow me
