I think the pandemic has opened a lot of opportunity for companies and employees alike as working from home has been a viable option. I.e. still productive, and much cheaper to facilitate.

I think there is a reason everyone wants to press that reset button, we have indeed been propelled into a new life!
As much as I hate the term...The new normal. Although, to me it's not normal.
