I am confident that someone will however, though it might not be through Hive - probably.

As I've mentioned somewhere in my comments last day, Hive will have it's very narrow niche of specific engagement with specific people but i have always doubted it will evolve into something big considered all the rules stay the same. That's why i have been reluctant to invest into Hive heavily and stake it since it is not my investment or anybody else that increases the value of Hive token. It may increase price a bit due to demand, but not the value.

I am confident that the value will increase only after a killer dapp that will leverage protocol and give it real utility for the token. SMT's might also help with it in time.

For now i am just exploring, and not staking my hive i buy with fiat. Full disclosure i am trading some of it semi actively and it gives me pretty decent returns/growth, much more than i would get from curating if staked. I am supporting the community with content, engagement and have brought a decent share of people onto the platform that seem to do pretty well here.

My apologies for being practical and rational. But if we want to go somewhere we must be realistic and fix the issues since the blind faith and preaching will only do so much for mass adoption.
