Impressed With COTI's Response Time

Last night I claimed my rewards and the action was never completed wit the transaction left hanging with the spinning circle, but never updating reflecting the transaction. This has happened before on one occasion and that took a week to rectify which if I am honest was not really impressed with the time taken.

This morning I logged in and the transactions were still pending with no change from last night. I emailed COTI support and know the person wo fixes these issues and almost instantly it was resolved. I say instantly as it took less than an hour and as an investor expecting great back up service I was impressed with how quickly it was resolved.

There have been so nay other instances on other sites that have left myself frustrated in the past due to lack of service that you kind of end up having no confidence. Back up and support is just as important as everything else because knowing there is someone there who will help you shows the commitment to the project.

It may only be $20 worth of COTI being staked, but when you are compounding growth regularly you do not need hold ups along the way.

The rest of the world is waling away from personal service where you can speak or reach out to a human and 99% is now automated. I was helping a friend a while back and we had to use 2 different crypto exchanges and when problems were encountered the support desk was not human. They had automated replies and tips which did not solve this particular issue and after searching for hours did we finally find out where the human interactions were, but this was not highlighted anywhere and was not obvious.

When you encounter problems you would ideally have someone on the other end showing you via a walk through text explaining how to fix things. I know exchanges are seriously bad when it comes to customer service and language barriers are a problem. Most things are lost in translation which confuses things even more giving you even less confidence.

It should not matter the size of your investment as everyone should be treated equally whether you have $100 or $1 million staked. If you have invested and staked in a project you have invested into the whole package which includes support if you require their services. As the value rises this does become even more important and why having a strong professional back end service is crucial for every investor.

The last time I encountered problems with a transaction pending in the COTI Treasury the support kept me informed whilst they were working through the problems. From my understanding there was a glitch in the program and that needed to be fixed first before my issue could be resolved. That same person who fixed my issues last time responded and fixed it again with the difference being the speed of the response. I thought a day or two maximum, but was not expecting within the hour which highlights they are on top of things.
