I enjoy fried chicken livers, they’re pretty great actually. However I don’t cook like that and I much prefer to just get liver in weekly and not be too worried with how it’s prepared. Maybe get a drink with you in case your gag reflex kicks in, but I’m telling you now it’s easy. Just gotta make sure you’re sourcing the liver from a healthy animal and also don’t eat too much at once.
