No, In-Play is still illegal here. I've used a VPN before but now am also using Kayo Sports to stream and that adds another 5-10 seconds delay over the old Foxtel satellite. Quite a liability when doing In-Play trade so I phone in during session breaks or over breaks.
I did years ago using ExpressVPN with GeeksToy, but stepped back from it. I'm not sure if BetFair tightened up its IP detection since then. Send me a DM on Discord if you like and I'll point you to the tools I used.
