The proposal is great and yes, it would be cool to have some criteria for it (i.e. giving more chances to smaller accounts). I'm also for the idea of the rewards to be powered up or half (250 powered up) and half as liquid HIVE.😊
Yes, I think this is when it is tougher, especially when you are new!
