Yep. A $10 post has fewer amounts of HP (in rewards) when the HIVE price is 1 dollar compared to when HIVE is 50 cents. We earn a lesser amount of HP when the price of HIVE is higher.

Well, it's the same thing. A 50-cent worth of vote will have a lesser amount of HP when the price of HIVE is higher.
