When I was a child, I always heard the rooster crowing in the morning just before the sun was about to rise. It's time to wake up. You don't need to use an alarm to get up early.
But now, even the rooster is not used to crowing anymore, all night long the lights are on everywhere. The rooster can no longer tell when it is morning and when it is night.

Humans are also increasingly against nature, they are no longer only active during the day and they no longer sleep in the dark. They are made to follow the schedule of the machines working, for 24 hours.

I a gree with you. Not getting a good night's sleep has made many elements of our body age prematurely. The body's metabolism is no longer working as it should.

For example, the body only produces immune hormones when the body is asleep at night. Or the body only detoxifies when the body is sleeping at night. What happens to your body if the immune and detox hormones don't work?

So, it can be ascertained that people who don't sleep at night will never be able to get up early and in the morning there are other hormones that work too. If you don't wake up early, your body won't get anything.
You will be sick!

Night life has disrupted the natural rhythm of day and night. Humans don't want to live a natural lifestyle because they've grown use to this modern way of "living". Primal nature is a thing within everyone.
