Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out! Thanks to you, I recently discovered that 'Cologne' has a dual meaning. While it's a city in Germany, it's also a type of perfume made with 2-5% essential oils, 70-90% alcohol, and water. It's the perfume I'm referring to in this context.
