Honestly, this post looks short 😅 because you subtly dealt with a lot of core stuffs, which individually have so many things to consider (2k words at least for each item 😅).
For instance: Building a native reward app to enable liquid layer 2 tokens; manual Curators for POSH and GOSH comments; restructuring/redesigning the present POSH interface; on-boarding plans with POSH; allowing non-hivians to participate in the POSH platform; Integrating SATS lightening ⚡ payment; Integrating Ethereum payment....

With regards to the non-hive account... Aside sharing Hive links to Twitter or Reddit; what can other Non-hivers prove that they are sharing? Proof Of SHare....
Or is there a plan to collaborate with or integrate POSH in other web3 or web2.5 platforms?

It'll still be focused towards web2 platforms, although gosh maybe could start covering other web3 platforms in the future if they seem worth it (like nostr) but obviously not copycat fake wannabe decentralized ones ;)
POSH will remain as a hive front-end only rewarding mechanism, i.e. to earn POSH and (hive from its comments) you'll have to share content from hive dapps.
