Junk can be very harmful to our body system if we consume it all the time. have you ask yourself why our forefathers lived long, strong and healthy even in their 80s because they were a healthy team that ate things that would nourish their bodies. If we check back then, the rate of sickness was too low because most of the foods they consumed were natural foods, which are very good for the body systems.
