One last chance to convert CUB / POLYCUB / xPOLYCUB to Leo on $1 for $1 airdrop
So finally we have some one last opportunity over the next 30 days to revive our dead CUB / POLYCUB / XPOLYCUB from dust. The team conducted the first Stake-Weighted Poll to decide the destiny of these assets and the proposal has been approved to convert these assets on a $1 for $1 airdrop giving us leo, refer this post for more details. So we get something at least, even if it's almost nothing , but that is how this crypto world is. 5k$ worth of asset (which I thought would become 25k to by my dream car, refer this post) becoming less than 100$ - but that is what Defi probably is and I must say, I am definitely not the guy who is smart enough for any future Defi experiment.

Being mean to @khaleelkazi won't help more for sure, we have to accept the reality and move on - that's what we do in life. Instead let's wish, leo go to moon and compensate all the loss.
Let's now get into the process, if you have xPOLYCUB staked like me, then we need to unstake first, based on comments in the post:
So if I go ahead and Unstake all of them and click Confirm, then this comes up in Metamask :
Request may not be safe - is this OK ? Should I still continue ? I know, the gas estimate is not right and I can click on "I want to proceed anyway"
If I click on "I want to proceed anyway", I am able to see a Confirm option. We need to have Matic in our Metamask wallet and thanks to @gungunkrishu, I still have $9.23 USD worth Matic, so this transaction would go through.
I will be waiting for the guide to burn POLYCUB to convert to LEO as stated by @l337m45732. Even though he says the burning process is same, any mistake done has no second chance as stated in the parent post. Since there is a 30 days window for this, it is better to wait, understand and then execute.

What happens with CUB they need to be in wallet as well like Polycub?
Based on what I understand they need to be burnt, you are the man to guide me.
I just lost hope on both CUB/Polycub a big disappointment.

Sadly not everything is going to be a winner. This one was a good experiment but it went down instead of up. Be thankful it wasn’t a rug pull like so many thousands of other people experience!

Man, $5k, wow, that hurts! I´m sorry :( I didn´t have any of these "Leo subtokens" but I can see a lot of hype around Leo these days with all these new exchange listings and everything so maybe, the main Leo token will moon enough for you to cover your loss. Fingers crossed mate!

I'm actually a bit happy to see how well you are taking all of this. I think a lot of people got rekt on these CUB's I have a lot of assets I pumped into there. If I had it to do over again I would do it much differently. We live and learn though!
I guess it is the way of things. I have a few defi busts of my own but I only hedged into them thinking it was too good to be sustainable. I doubt I have enough CUB to even make the effort to transfer it worth it.
I just like how they are taking the hits to clean up their mess and not just letting it rot like other defi projects I have seen. We will see how it goes with the lessons learned.
Ya, Defi is quick money and one has to be on top of it to benefit, which does not fit for me.
$LEO will hit $1 in 2024 or early 2025. Not financial advice though, but I can bet on it.

Glad to hear your CUB/POLYCUB tokens weren't fully abandoned. You will get something out of it in the end, even though it isn't what you expected. LEO has been making a lot of moves and updates, and I hope it works out well for you.

While it’s tough to experience this - we have to also understand that not everyone is going to win. This was a good experiment and exposure into DeFi for a lot of people but we have to be grateful that it wasn’t a rug pull by the Leo team. People are getting scammed out of thousands of dollars a day in other crypto areas. This one was just one that had hype but didn’t end up delivering the benefits long run that were anticipated. I bought some into it but I’m not upset it went this way - it’s a good lesson for all!

Actually, I just swapped out for MATIC and got roughly the same amount in dollar value worth no faffing around. An easier option!

I had mine already unstaked for some reason so just went to sushiswap from the Polycub UI and swapped them there
